These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

JingleJoy will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
All product prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.\
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or, where available, successful order confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD). JingleJoy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate business reason. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
We strive to process and dispatch orders within the estimated processing time mentioned on our website. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. JingleJoy is not liable for delays caused by shipping partners.
Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@jinglejoy.in along with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Personalized, customized, used, or intentionally damaged products are not eligible for return or refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
