At Jingle Joy, every product is handmade with care. Because each item is crafted individually, slight variations in color, size and stitch pattern or overall shape are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects, making every piece unique.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color preference, or personal preferences.
Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through email at support@jinglejoy.in with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution.


Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the error was on our part (such as a wrong or damaged product).
